What cleanroom grade is required for food and beverage production in the Gulf?

Most food and beverage operations use ISO 7 to ISO 8 cleanrooms, while high-care zones such as aseptic filling and dairy use ISO 5 (EU-GMP Grade A) air. The right grade depends on whether product is open or closed during processing. Pak Gusu designs ISO 14644 and HACCP-aligned cleanrooms shipped to producers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC.

Do Pak Gusu food cleanrooms meet UAE and Saudi food safety requirements?

Yes. Our food and beverage cleanrooms are designed to be compliant with GSO standards, ISO 14644, EU-GMP Annex 1 and HACCP principles, with validation-ready documentation. We support your submission to authorities such as UAE municipalities, Saudi SFDA and Qatar MoPH. Pak Gusu does not issue local approvals but builds your facility to pass them.

Can Pak Gusu ship and install a food cleanroom to the GCC?

Yes. We manufacture modular panels, hygienic doors and ceilings in Pakistan and export to Gulf ports including Jebel Ali (UAE), Dammam (KSA) and Hamad Port (Qatar) under CIF or DAP Incoterms. On-site installation and supervision are available at extra cost. Our China technical partner GUSU Purification supports each project.
