Below is a quick-reference technical overview of our modular cleanroom wall and ceiling panel system. All values are typical, manufacturer-standard options and are configured to suit your facility's ISO class, fire-safety requirements and HVAC design rather than fixed guarantees.
| Panel type | Modular insulated sandwich panel for cleanroom walls, ceilings and partitions; progressive (drywall-style) or monoblock framing available |
| Panel thickness options | Typically 50 mm, 75 mm or 100 mm (other thicknesses available to suit thermal / structural needs) |
| Core material options | Polyurethane / PIR (PU), Rockwool / mineral wool, EPS or XPS, or aluminium-honeycomb — selected per fire rating and thermal requirement |
| Facing (skin) material | Pre-coated / powder-coated galvanised steel (GI) standard; stainless steel SS304 optional for high-corrosion or VHP / aggressive-wash areas |
| Facing thickness | Typically 0.5-0.8 mm steel skin (heavier gauges available on request) |
| Standard modular width | Commonly 1000 mm or 1180 mm module; custom widths to suit grid layout |
| Maximum panel height | Typically up to ~3 m for self-supporting walls; greater heights achievable with intermediate framing / support |
| Surface finish | Smooth, non-shedding RAL polyester / polyester-PVDF coating; antibacterial and ESD / anti-static coatings available as options |
| Joint system | Flush tongue-and-groove or H/box-section profile joints with concealed connectors and gasket / silicone sealing for an airtight, gap-free interior |
| Coving / corners | Integrated radius coving and flush corner profiles available at wall-floor, wall-wall and wall-ceiling junctions to eliminate dust traps |
| Fire behaviour | PU/PIR available in fire-retardant grades; Rockwool core for higher fire performance with typical 60-120 minute integrity (designed to suit EN 13501 / civil-defence requirements — final rating confirmed per build) |
| Thermal performance | Low U-value insulated core reduces HVAC load; thickness selected for ambient temperature and humidity (suited to high-temperature Gulf climates) |
| Cleanability / chemical resistance | Sealed, crevice-free surfaces washable with standard cleanroom disinfectants; coatings designed to tolerate routine VHP and aggressive cleaning agents |
| ISO 14644 / GMP suitability | Designed to suit ISO Class 5 through 8 (equivalent to EU-GMP Grade A-D) with appropriate HVAC and HEPA filtration |
| Integration | Compatible with matched flush cleanroom doors, windows, coving, LED lights and aluminium profiles for a single coordinated envelope |
| Customisation | Custom thicknesses, heights, cut-outs, service penetrations, colours and finishes manufactured to project drawings |
The insulation core is the main decision that drives fire performance, weight, thermal behaviour and cost. The three most common cleanroom cores are compared below to help you match the right core to each zone.
| Aspect | PU / PIR (Polyurethane) | Rockwool (Mineral Wool) |
|---|---|---|
| Fire behaviour | Fire-retardant grades available; combustible organic core — lower fire integrity than mineral wool | Non-combustible mineral core; highest fire performance, typically 60-120 min integrity for fire-rated zones |
| Thermal insulation | Excellent — lowest thermal conductivity, best U-value per mm of thickness | Good, but needs greater thickness to match PU for the same thermal performance |
| Weight / handling | Lightweight — easier to handle, faster to install, less structural load | Heavier and denser — needs more robust support and handling |
| Acoustic performance | Moderate sound dampening | Superior acoustic absorption due to dense fibrous core |
| Moisture / wash-down | Closed-cell core resists moisture absorption — well suited to high-humidity and washdown areas | Fibrous core needs fully sealed skins and edges to keep moisture out |
| Relative cost | Lower to mid — economical for general ISO 5-8 areas | Higher — premium driven by fire performance and density |
| Best suited to | General cleanrooms, cold/temperature-controlled and washdown zones where thermal value and budget matter | Fire-critical corridors, escape routes and zones with strict civil-defence or acoustic requirements |

Yes. Pak Gusu manufactures modular cleanroom wall and ceiling panels in Lahore, Pakistan and supplies them to all six GCC countries — Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman — on CIF or DAP terms via Jebel Ali, Dammam and Hamad ports, in powder-coated steel, SS304 or fire-rated cores. We have no local Gulf office; installation supervision is available at extra cost.
Yes. Pak Gusu manufactures modular cleanroom panels and exports across the GCC, shipping CIF or DAP to Jebel Ali, King Abdul Aziz Port Dammam, Hamad Port and other Gulf ports. We supply UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman projects, with on-site installation and supervision available at extra cost.
Our panels are designed to meet EU-GMP Annex 1 and ISO 14644 requirements widely referenced by Saudi SFDA, UAE MOHAP and Qatar MoPH. Flush, non-shedding skins and gasketed joints suit Grade A-D zones. We provide material and finish documentation to support your regulatory submission and cleanroom validation.
For fire-critical zones, choose Rockwool-core panels offering roughly 60-120 minutes fire resistance, suited to requirements referenced by Dubai Civil Defence and other GCC authorities. PU, EPS or XPS cores are economical for general ISO 5-8 areas. We match the core to your ISO class, thermal needs and local fire-protection submission.
Our panels suit ISO 14644 Class 5 through 8, equivalent to EU-GMP Grade A-D, covering most pharma, healthcare and electronics cleanrooms across the Gulf. Flush seamless surfaces and tight gasketed joints prevent particle build-up and, with correct HVAC and HEPA filtration, help GCC facilities maintain validated air cleanliness.
Yes. We manufacture panels in custom thicknesses, heights and cut-outs to match each Gulf facility layout, with PU, EPS, XPS or Rockwool cores selected for thermal performance in high-temperature climates. Panels are fully compatible with our matched doors, windows and coving, and packed securely for export shipping.
Lead time depends on project size, panel type and finish; we confirm a schedule with each quotation. Panels ship from Pakistan on CIF or DAP Incoterms to Gulf ports such as Jebel Ali, Dammam or Hamad Port. Optional installation supervision in-country is available at additional cost to support your build.
